1. Make sure your other device supports eSIM
2. Click handset “Settings” and select “Connection” . Access “SIM Manager” , delete the eSIM profile with the eSIM connection from the original device by clicking “Remove”
3. Ensure your new device is connected to Wifi.
4. Open the handset’s “Setting” and select “Connections”. Under “SIM Manager”, click “Add eSIM”.
5. Scan the QR code (received upon eSIM activation) with new device and activate. Please wait for a moment.
6. Your eSIM has been successfully configured on the new Android device

How to transfer your current eSIM to another eSIM device (iOS)

1. Make sure your new device supports eSIM
2. Click handset “Settings” and select “Cellular”. Select the eSIM number connected to the device . Click eSIM and “delete eSIM” profile from the original device.
3. Ensure your new device is connected to Wifi..
4. Open the handset’s “Setting” and select “Cellular ”. Click “Add eSIM”.
5. Scan the QR code (received upon eSIM activation) with new device and activate. Please wait for a moment
6. Your eSIM has been successfully configured on the new iOS device
